Patric A. Parker is the managing member of Simen, Figura & Parker, PLC, a Flint, Michigan law firm. A lifelong resident of Genesee County, Patric is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BA 1976) and the University of Michigan Law School (JD 1979).
Patric devotes the majority of his practice to commercial real estate, business planning, purchase and sale transactions, and representing public bodies. While his practice is centered in Southeastern Michigan, Patric has a track record for business and real estate acquisition, financing, sales and development in a number of states.
Parker has lived in the Dibbleville neighborhood of downtown Fenton for more than 30 years, where he is a former chairman of the Planning Commission, former chairman of the Fenton Community Fund, a member of the Downtown Development Authority, and chair of the Fenton Community and Cultural Center Board of Governors.
Patric and his wife have five children and six grandchildren.
